Ingredients you will need:
For the cassava suman:
2 packs frozen grated cassava or 4 cups freshly grated
1 cup white sugar
½ cup coconut milk
banana leaves
For the bukayo filling:
1 pack of frozen shredded young coconut or 2 cups
¼ cup water
½ cup dark brown sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter
