Derek in this video explains the product recall and why for ideal heatings logic Combi 2 and system 2 gas boilers. This is an urgent notice for anyone who has had a logic 2 boiler installed in the last 2 years to watch this video and then get in touch with ideal heating as soon as possible if your boiler is affected. Any boilers manufactured between August 2022 and the 7th January 2024 could be affected. Any boilers before this date or after are not affected. Ideal are saying you can continue using the boilers if you follow these steps highlighted in this video.
