Today I’m adding my new sandbag into my routine. This is an easy routine, but it was very informative to me on how to incorporate sandbags into my workouts.

This is my personal daily vlog, of my journey, using the X3 Bar, Burpee training and other functional exercise techniques.

I am 100% drug free. I do not use or have I ever used (TRT or any steroids.
I am 58 years old but I feel 25 years younger because of the X3 system I have become strong enough and confident enough to start doing other exercises programs, specifically the Burpee training.
