What is there not to like about the Rolex GMT- Master in White Gold with a Meteorite dial!? My first thought when I saw Rolex released this watch was WTH. It was just something that I would have never thought they would do. As the days went by I really started to think wow, Rolex hit a home run with this one. The first watch that I ever saw with this dial was the Rolex Masterpiece. Then followed by the Daytona. Both were a hit and the dial was the one key feature that stood out. To actually think that the dial is from a rock from outer space is pretty cool and impressive.
The Rolex GMT Pepsi in white gold is a watch that I have always liked and has been both a love hate relationship for me. I had one and decided to sell due to unforeseen circumstances that turned me off about it. Mine was the original black dial but then they released a blue dial. Not sure I was ever fully convinced by the blue dial. This new meteorite dial takes this watch to another galaxy (no pun intended). This is why I am debating if I should add one of these to my personal collection. I feel that it's a watch that will suit me great and be a watch that will keep me excited about it for a long time.
