For their upcoming halftime show at the 2023 All-Star Game, the NBA is going global. This year, the league has chosen Burna Boy, Tems, and Rema to lead the Afrobeats-themed performance, which will take place this Sunday night (Feb. 19) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Post Malone, along with the three Afrobeats stars, will open the show with a medley of hits. Jewel will sing the National Anthem, and Fast and Furious star Vin Diesel will introduce the newly named NBA All-Stars. The league will also recognize LeBron James, who set a scoring record two weeks ago. Last year, the NBA hired DJ Khaled to perform at the halftime show, and he enlisted the help of Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Migos, Lil Baby, and Gunna.
