If you don't know how to read basic algorithms, you will be very clueless when trying to solve a Rubik's Cube. If you have never solved a Rubik's cube, DO NOT BUY A SPEED CUBE. Go to walmart and buy a Rubik's brand. Here are the basics that I went over in this video:
A move is always clockwise unless there is an i or an apostrophe by the letter
If there is a 2 by the letter, turn that face twice.
U is the "Up" face
D is the "Down" face
F is the "Front" face
B is the "Back" face
R is the "Right" face
L is the "Left" face

NOTE: this video teaches you how to read beginners algorithms only. If you go on a website on how to solve a rubik's cube, they might have complicated algorithm letters in there that I did not go over. Don't say I didn't warn you...
