Concrete Clips is a series of informational videos developed by FHWA. Maturity is a non-destructive test (NDT) method for estimating the strength of the in-place concrete during its early age. This video presents an overview of the test method, and how the method could be used to open concrete paving projects just in time when the concrete has reached the minimum strength needed.
