During quarantine we all have choices.
2 of those we face everyday: train for tomorrow or sit and bitch about today.
I choose to train for tomorrow, gym or no gym.
I built this pull up bar in my basement.
Equipment Used:
Saw
Swrewdriver
Cordless drill
36" galvanized steel pipe, threaded
3/4" floor flanges
24" 2x4
Deck screws
It's ugly as hell, but I never heard anyone's muscles bitch about looks.
