As many of us know, one of the hardest parts of any task or project is getting started. For some people, this is so difficult, that they never actually do start things. Fear of failure and judgment or feelings of disempowerment create huge barriers that become too difficult to overcome. In this video, I try to explain how I got past those feelings and fears and offer suggestions on how you could too!
