People always talk about the break up diets but what exactly is happening to your body during this high stress and pretty trash time? I am a dietitian who recently went through a break up and will tell you what I ate when I had no appetite and when I was always hungry! Lets break down break up diet myths.
I know how hard this stage of life can be and when I went through it, I had zero appetite but wanted to stay healthy and workout. I hope this video helps you see what you are feeling is normal and how food can help you not only stay healthy but keep you from texting your ex.
