"This kit includes all the products required for a composite restoration, such as Waldent Nanobond bonding agent, Bestetch etchant, and Nanofill Zirconium composite syringes. The composite syringes are a light-cure, radiopaque, nanohybrid composite formulated with nanocluster filler particles that offer the strength of a hybrid and the polish of a microfill composite."
COMPOSITION-
- Nanofill zirconium composite is composed of
• Bisphenol A Glycidyl methacrylate (Bis-GMA)
• Urethane Dimethacrylate (UDMA)
• And Bisphenol A diglycidyl methacrylate ethoxylated (Bis-EMA)
FEATURES-
• This kit contains 7 composite syringes. One syringe of shade number A1, two syringes of A2, and 1 syringe each of A3, A3.5, B2, 0A2
- It comes with an instruction manual, a few applicating tips, it also contains waldent bestetch (etchant) Features and the working of bestetch has already been discussed in another video and the link is provided in the description.
• And also contains waldent nanobond, a light curing 5th generation bonding adhesive containing both the aspects of a primer and a bonding resin in a single bottle.
• Waldent nanofill zirconium composite is made of zirconia, which is known for its high strength and durability so the restoration done with this composite is more resistant to wear and chipping, ensuring long-lasting results.
• it has high radiopacity, high filler load, Low shrinkage, Excellent colour stability, and flexural strength
• It is easy to control during the placement as it has packable consistency and also adapts well to the cavity walls
INDICATIONS-
• This material has superior strength and a natural-looking appearance making it perfect for direct filing of class I, ll, lll, IV, and V cavities.
• It can also be used for indirect restorations such as inlays, onlays, and veneers.
DIRECTIONS TO USE-
- Prepare the cavity and dry the surface.
- Etch tooth surface with waldent BestEtch 37% phosphoric acid for 20 seconds
- Wash thoroughly
- Dry it completely with a three-way syringe.
- With the help of an applicating tip, apply nanobond on the prepared surface
- Gently blow away excess bonding agent with a three-way syringe.
- Light cure the nanobond for 20 seconds
- Now place waldent nanofill zirconium composite in increments of 2mm or less
- Cure each increment for 20 seconds.
- Finally Polish and Finish.
