Trying out Big Radials Curtiss P-40B over Texel, Netherlands. It's a fun plane that was definitely done by a passionate developer. The textures are very crisp and detailed, the sound is in my opinion one of the best in the sim and the flight model is a lot of fun and it keeps you on your toes, especially on takeoff. I would recommend it to everybody, who is passionate about warbirds, vintage aviation in generell, aerobatic or who just likes a challenging aircraft.

All in all it's great, there are however three things that, if updated, could turn this in an absolute winner, in my opinion:

The inclusion of the bulletproof glass panel mounted behind the windshield. It's a very prominent feature on the real aircraft, both on the in- and outside. As far as i know only the early prototypes flew without it.

The adjustment of the landing gear height. The shock absorbers of the main landing gear seem to be more compressed on the real aircraft and I think the tail wheel should extend further out as well. The tail wheel could be an optical illusion , because the tailwheel doors open further on the real aircraft. But as it is the nose sits to high on the ground.

The third one would be the modeling of the control surfaces. On the real aircraft these are fabric covered and the outline of the ribs are visible. In my opinion this effect is a bit overdone in the sim.

Those three points would be nice to have, but as it is, it's still a wonderful airplane, and I defenitly recommend it.
