Leverage means breaking tasks down into smaller part and completing them separately to achieve better results. Think of Henry Ford's assembly line!

It can also mean investing your time now so that it can be done more efficiently in the future. Think of McDonald's franchising system.

As business owners, it's common that you can do tasks more quickly and efficiently than others in your team. But is this helpful in the long run? Or would it be better to train other people in, so that you can dedicate your time and effort to higher value tasks?
