(1 dessert spoon) of salt Slowly add 2 cups of water and you will have a soft dough Cover it up and let it rest for half an hour DIRECTIONS FOR THE FILLING Grate the onion And the tomato Chop the parsley And add a whole egg Add a dessert spoon of salt And ½ tsp. Of black pepper Add 2 tsp. Of red pepper flakes Mix it and add the ground meat Add a cup of water to soften the filling Before you start rolling the dough, dust the surface to avoid it sticking Cut the dough in to 12 equal pieces Prepare small balls of dough Start rolling Turn it over for both sides to cook equally Brush some oil on the browned side Turn it over again and brush some oil
