In video 5 I talk about receiving my prostate cancer diagnosis. More importantly, how important it is to have a health care advocate there with you during this appointment. I was overwhelmed with all the information that I had to process on the day of my diagnosis. Having someone there to listen and take notes was critical in the days that follow.
