One of my favourite movies and favourite cocktails is the Godfather. Typically, it's made with a blended scotch like Ballentine's and Disaronno Amaretto.
There are some who view putting a single malt scotch like a Bowmore 12 in a cocktail as a sin. But the sin is well worth it for the enhanced taste in this one.
