It is back bend posture also know as Urdhva chakrasana or bow pose.
I have showed you all the variations of it and do we transition from one to another variation smoothly.
I have initially made it easy for beginners , then transitioned to advanced version of this asana.
Its is excellent for daily practice or competitive preparation.
It is a #backbending and #strenthening posture. It stretches entire front of the body.
Excellent for improving posture and stimulating the organs of shoulder and neck.
