Woman steals full cart from Target right in-front of Police

Bellingham Metro News obtained BodyCam Footage of the incident on August 8th 2022 at approximatly 9:27PM at TARGET on BELLIS FAIR PKWY in BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON (THEFT Case #22B49712) Suspect was arrested via citation after allegedly stealing a cart full of merchandise from Target, right in-front of Uniformed Police. -- Arrested via Citation
