I review the classic novel To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee, which mainly deals with the issue of racial inequality and the destruction of innocence. The majority of the book focuses on a group of kids growing up in Alabama during this tough time period, capturing them maturing and growing up along the way.
Originally titled Atticus, this masterpiece is said to have taken Harper Lee two and a half years to write! Combines an interesting amount of drama, suspense, light-hearted humor, and some classic Haunted House- type atmosphere at times. A classic piece of American literature by all means.
