This video demonstrates use of 5.5 mm locking CC screw for selected fracture of calcaneus. Thick, stiff 3.2 mm drill-tip guide pin helps in elevating lateral depressed fragment of calcaneus and the cannulated screw is passed over it. Advantages of each part of this screw for reduction and maintenance of selected fracture is explained with illustrations. This method is one more technique to fix calcaneus fracture.
