The 3rd Generation receives an updated design which now also includes independently adjustable clutch dampers.

Now not only is the axis centering force adjustable, the return-to-center response can also be adjusted on the fly. The clutch dampers can be adjusted from being entirely disengaged, all the way to holding the grip in position without returning to center.
