Morgan Little is a Toronto based Realtor who actively invests in multi-family real estate in Sudbury, and North Bay, Ontario. Growing up in Northern Ontario, has put Morgan in the unique position of being able to mentor and facilitate the BRRRR investment strategy for out-of-town investors, who are not familiar with the northern markets, but are looking for cash-flowing properties. Through the power of joint venture partnerships, Morgan has successfully helped multiple investors remotely acquire properties while he oversees management through renovations and tenancy.
Additionally, Morgan has partnered with Buy Homes Ontario, a wholesale and flipping company based in Simcoe County, to handle their property dispositions, both on and off market. BHO has multiple teams of contractors working in the Midland, Penetanguishene and Orillia areas and have partnered with a virtual property management company who has built relationships with boots-on-the-ground in multiple Ontario markets.
Morgan's background is traditionally in music and marketing. A touring hip hop artist for the last 15 years, Morgan or M.O. Littles, has travelled to 15+ countries, performing with artists such as Machine Gun Kelly, Mos Def & Talib Kweli, Merkules, Bone Thugs N Harmony and many others.
After the pandemic put an abrupt halt to Morgan's hectic touring schedule, he decided to enlist in the Humber Real Estate program to get his Realtor license. It was on this journey that he discovered the world of real estate investing and the unlimited potential to grow wealth through acquiring assets. Joining local investment community, Cash Flow Tribe Council, and connecting with other Canadian investors, Morgan has been able to able to receive mentorship from some of Ontario's most experienced players.
