This is the sequel to the mod called "The Citizen". Both are amazing mods, but boy they took forever to complete.



"The Citizen Returns is a mod for Half-Life 2 Episode 2, and it's a sequel to the mod "The Citizen" for Half-Life 2. The mod was originally going to be called The Citizen part 2, but then they scrapped that and made it for episode 2 and called it the citizen returns. I've heard that a third part was made but I couldn't find it, so I assume this is the last one. I recommend both mods to everyone because they're a lot of fun.
