My 101 grandma’s favourite smooth soy sauce chicken. Hope you try this easy recipe !

Ingredients
2 chicken thighs
1 piece star anise
1 small piece cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
6 cloves of garlic
5-6 pieces ginger
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 small piece rock sugar
3 cups water
