The Settlers 2 - Return to the Roots, is a continuation of the 1996 game The Settlers 2. An adventure game, to 'settle', make your economic grow, expand your area, prepare your army, gather resources, recruit your soldiers and turn them into generals and try to beat your opponent. I 'try' if I can win against 2 computer opponents set to medium. In "Return to the Roots", where a group of enthusiastic people decided to upgrade the game, the AI is much smarter, there are also a lot more options and the game, now 24 years old, will work fine on Windows 10, even in 4K. But, don't play this game in 4K, because 'scaling' is not available. I play it best at 1280x720, basically 720p.
