It's that time of year where we might be cozying up more on the couch because of the cold weather and the night falling sooner. Getting outside might be more difficult than usual, so let's get creative with how we move our body. Maybe it's the best time to focus on our flexibility which we can work on from the comfort of our own home? Or maybe instead of exercising outside, we can move it to an indoor gym?
