Requested Recipe - How to cook Goan Pork Asado | Tasty Goan Pot Roast Pork Recipe
►A delicious spicy goan pot roast dish prepared with marinated pork slow cooked, then sliced and simmered until meat is tender, can be served with bread or rice of your choice

Ingredients:
1.25 kg pork (boneless with fat)
2 onions (cut into quarters)
12 garlic cloves
1" ginger
½ Tbsp. peppercorns
1 ½" cinnamon stick
10 cloves
½ tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. sugar
2 dried kashmiri red chillies
¼ cup vinegar
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
salt to taste

Serves: 10 -12
Preparation Time: 45 mins
