Pop star George Michael has reportedly agreed to a tell-all interview about his
arrest for an alleged sex act in a Los Angeles public toilet.
Officials at the U-S television network N-B-C said the interview had been agreed in principle and would be screened during the next seven days.
Still at the centre of attention.
Three days after his much-publicised arrest on charges of performing a lewd act
in a Los Angeles men's toilet, the media still watches George Michael's every move.
On Good Friday, the singer left his Hollywood Hills home for an unknown destination.
He was accompanied by his friend Kenny Goss - both men had no comment as they left the property.
Latest reports suggest the 34-year-old singer has agreed to a tell-all interview with the N-B-C television network.
He'd agreed to an interview on Thursday but postponed his scheduled appearance on Friday night's edition of N-B-C's "Dateline" news programme at the last minute.
The network denied reports that the star had pulled out of the interview deal after consulting his lawyers, saying arrangements were still being finalised.
N-B-C added that the interview would be screened during the next seven days and stressed it was not paying for the interview.
If the interview goes ahead, Michael will be following in the footsteps of British actor Hugh Grant, who went on U-S T-V after he was caught with a prostitute.
