DRY YEAST 3g(0.1oz)
MILK 150g(5.3oz)
SUGAR 100g(3.5oz)
BUTTER 30g(1oz)
SUNFLOWER OIL 15g(0.5oz)
EGG 2
SALT PINCH
LEMON PEEL
COTTAGE CHEESE 250g(8.8oz)
SEMOLINA 1.5 tbsp
RAISINS 80g(2.8oz)

Bake at 180C ( 356F) for 45 minutes
Baking pan 22 cm
