During this terrible war, the Russian occupiers are wickedly destroying and plundering our Ukrainian lands. They kill civilians, torture, rape…
And they stole the holy… They stole the childhood of our children. Many children were left homeless and lost their parents and relatives. Children are hiding in bomb shelters, forced to travel abroad or flee to other cities.
Can't hold back the tears when a child stands at the grave of his mother, who was soon buried in his own backyard of an occupied and devastated city. Can't hold back the tears when a frightened child hugs his favorite toy at a crowded train station and pulls it into an evacuation train. As this toy is the only memory of a real childhood
*statistics at the time of the 47th day of the war
As a result of the full-scale war in Ukraine, which was unleashed by Russia, 4,000,000 children became forced overpopulations (this is half of the children of Ukraine!), They no longer have a home. More than 300 educational institutions and as many hospitals were damaged or destroyed. More than 121,000 Ukrainian children were illegally taken away by the occupiers. More than 500 children were injured. At the same time, 177 children died and more than 330 were injured
I hope you feel the same way I felt when I wrote this song.
Please share it!
Please scream about it!

Now I am a temporarily displaced Ukrainian. I am in Lviv. And all my life, as well as the lives of millions of our people, fits in one suitcase. But we have never felt such unity and mutual assistance as we do now. We are one big family. I am in Ukraine! I'm home because "my house is everywhere."
Our creative front is also united. From Uzhgorod to Odessa, from Lutsk to Kherson. I worked on recording this song at the Lviv studio. Instrumental parts were recorded by musicians from Kyiv and Luhansk. The guy from Donetsk has created the lyric video. The cover design was made by brave Ukrainian warrior.
We all tried very hard.
We are strong when we are together!
Save the children of Ukraine who have suffered because of Russian aggression. Assist casting hospitals on a charity platform dobro.ua

LYRICS
VERSE 1
Remember where the old lantern bends
And always laughing my little friends
My house near the school and my park
And running to the yard, playing games
My momma said again and again
Just please return home before dark
CHORUS
Tell me where can we meet better
When roads no longer lead
to my childhood?
Could you bring my missing letter
To the ruined little street
of my childhood?
VERSE 2
I know that I won’t meet everyone
After the rain of those fucking bombs
Don’t worry, baby, it’s just a storm
I’m really scared and I don’t pretend
We are the children of the same land
I'm begging of protecting my home
CHORUS
Tell me where can we meet better
When roads no longer lead
to my childhood?
Could you bring my missing letter
To the ruined little street
of my childhood?
-----------------
BRIDGE
Wherever life has scattered us
New houses or shelter or bus
We dream about home at night
Remember me forever like that
And through the distance hold my hand
Just stay alive, don't say goodbye
CHORUS
Tell me where can we meet better
When roads no longer lead
to my childhood?
Could you bring my missing letter
To the ruined little street
of my childhood?
