Dogs pulling on the leash out on a walk can mean that you don't want to take your dog for a walk and therefore means that they don't get exercised and if a dog is not tired from going on a walk or exercising you will start to see other behaviour problems so sorting a high energy dog so that they walk to heel is very important.
