When I started my fitness journey, I had no idea what to do and I turned to walk and dance for results. It really helps burn calories and build up my endurance! So today I wanted to share a simple and easy way for you to
walk and dance, indoors, even when the weather is bad! or don't have money to pay for gym.
However, walking and dancing is a great form of exercise to help burn calories and lean out your legs, and I highly recommend that everyone tries to walk at least 10 minutes a day!
