In this video I unbox my latest #YogaClub box (technically comes in the mail in a mailer package now but oh well), which is a monthly or bi-monthly subscription to receive a new yoga and fitness outfit. There are different levels of subscription but I have the "Guru Box" which includes a sports bra, a pair of leggings, and a shirt. You can also choose what types of shirts you like. I always choose a tank because I prefer not to wear sleeves when I do yoga and exercise.
I will share a little bit about the service, and you can see my real reactions to opening the package and seeing what's inside! Then I try everything on and give a little review of what I think about the clothes on me, then I'll do a little yoga practice so you can see them in motion and let you know how it felt to actually wear them during a practice.
This was a fun little video to make and I feel like it's a nice change of pace to make a soothing vlog sort-of video in addition to my instructional yoga videos! I wear activewear all the time and being comfortable and confident is such a huge part of an amazing yoga experience, so even if it's a little more lighthearted and silly, it can be fun to share stuff like this too!
