As for insulin pins, I don't know the situation in the US, but in the UK most large chemists will have a needle exchange plan in place. Again, do be extremely careful if you decide that teaching yourself phlebotomy is worth it, for sanguinarian feeding reasons or other - Google is your friend, read a LOT before actually attempting, especially on someone else!
