Create a cheap nfc reader to use as arming and disarming the alarm or you can use to trigger any automation in Home Assistant.
For this project you need:

From PN532 SCL pin run a cable to the ESP8266 D1 Mini D1 pin, from the SDA of PN532 go to D2 od the mini D1, from the VCC of the PN532 go to 5V on the mini D1, from the GND of the PN532 to G on the mini D1.
Now to connect the LED and buzzer, for LED run a cable from the PN532 VCC pin (on the header that have 8 pins) to the led IN side that is ladled 5V and a cable from PN532 GND (on the header that have 8 pins) to the LED IN side that is ladled G or GND, for data run a cable from the LED middle pin that is marked Din to the ESP8266 D1 Mini pin ladled D8.
For the buzzer connect a cable from PN532 GND (on the header that have 8 pins) to the buzzer side that is ladled G or GND or (-) and a cable from the (+) of the buzzer to the ESP8266 D1 Mini pin ladled D7
On the PN532 there is a connector that has 2 switches, set the pin 1 up (on) pin 2 down (off)
That's it for the hardware bit.
