I just installed Camtasia 2020 on my macbook and having sound issues. Its like Camtasia doesn't always pick up the sound coming from my external microphone until I make a loud noise, and then it drops the background noise, and starts to pick up the actual sound. Sometimes the sound stops working halfway through a recording and with no sound level meter when recording, its not possible to see when things have gone wrong.
