The easiest and creamiest "cheesecake" I've ever made! 🤭
Burnt basque cheesecakes don't have a crust, they're almost burnt on top and the filling is super creamy... it was a challenge but I'm really proud if this result! 😌

RECIPE (8 slices each 270cal/5P/38C/10F):
-600g silken tofu
-1 2/3 cup (400ml vegan cream or full fat coconut milk
-2/4 cup (70g) corn starch
-1 cup + 2 Tbsp (230g) sugar
-1 Tsp vanilla
-zest of 1 lemon
BLEND/FILL in a lined baking dish (22cm diameter)/ BAKE at 210C/410F for 1h (time may vary due to your oven)/CHILL in the fridge for 2h
Sauce:
-1 Tbsp each cocoa powder and peanut butter, water
-2 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
