Our simple Fresh Green Bean Salad is a side dish not to be missed. The best part? The entire recipe is under 100 calories.
Recipe:
1 lb fresh green beans, stems trimmed
Cook ~4 minutes until crisp-tender
Rinse with cold water
Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp grainy brown mustard
Pinch of sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Whisk dressing mix until well-combined. Add green beans, 1/4 red onion and stir.
