Atiq Ahmed Murder Case: On April 20, as part of an ongoing investigation, members of the Judicial Commission recreated the crime scene of the killing of gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj. On April 15, Atiq and his brother Ashraf were sprayed with bullets by two youths as they were being escorted for a routine check-up at Colvin Hospital in Prayagraj, UP. The two brothers were on foot and were being accompanied by armed policemen when the incident happened.
