baozi dough recipe :
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 400g all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Ingredients (filling):
- 1 tbsp chicken powder
⁃ 2 tbsp light soy sauce
⁃ 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp five spices
⁃ 1/8 tsp salt
⁃ 1 tbsp shaoxing cooking wine
⁃ 3 tbsp sesame oil
⁃ 2 tbsp corn starch
⁃ 1 pinch white pepper
⁃ 1 tbsp oyster sauce
⁃ 1 /2 cup chopped green onion
⁃ 1 tsp chopped ginger
⁃ 1/2 cup water
