Unexpected Benefits of a New Diet

Day three, I wake up and I get out of bed and my knee doesn't hurt. And I've had knee pain for over a decade. I had 60% of my meniscus removed. And I'm talking, this is the first time in twelve years that I've climbed out of bed and didn't have a single bit of pain. And there were days that were, you know, better than others with that knee pain, but I didn't have any pain. I did this with my knee, lifted it all the way up.
