Hey guys, welcome to my channel! My name is Khay and I am a teacher here in the UAE.

Today is the first day of school for teachers and for this week only the teachers will be coming to school. The admin staff and teachers are the only people who will be coming in to prepare for the students who will only be coming in next week.

We will be looking at lesson plans, curriculum planning and meeting new teammates, and working towards the new school year. This video will cover the different things that you can expect to do on your first day of school if you do decide to come to teach in Dubai.

This will be a 3-part series and the first part will cover the first day of school for teachers. The second video will cover the classroom setup and expectations at an international school in the UAE. The last video will be about the first day of school for students and how we introduce students to the new school year.
