Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce Recipe - HONEY ROASTED HOT SAUCE!

My recipe significantly decreases the heat the reaper to a peri-peri like heat. And it's intense at first but doesn't last.

Ingredients:
1 Carolina Reaper
100g Mix chilliest
3 Cloves Garlic
80g Basil
2 Shots of Dark Rum
2tbl muscovado sugar
2 Fresh honey

Mix all the ingredients in an oven tray. Roast at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, let cool for 5, and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
