It's not always easy to find appropriate upper body workouts for wheelchair users but in this video, I share my upper body routine that I have every few days with my trainer. Staying fit and healthy in a wheelchair is essential and doing so by high intensity training is a very effective way to stay fit in a wheelchair.
Wheelchair fitness is very important and staying fit can reduce a lot of health issues when in a wheelchair or have a physical disability. Here I show you how to stay fit by sharing this high intensity workout.
