MOB BOSS SAUCE Recipe

2 Cans Peeled Plum Tomatoes (crushed)
1 White Onion
1/2 Garlic Clove (crushed)
Italian Parsley
Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Wine
Sugar (optional)
1+ lbs Meat (tough cuts with big bones that you'll dispose of later)

Tips:
Add garlic just a minute before adding tomatoes
Don't get meat cuts with small bones, they'll get lost in the sauce
Simmer on low for at least 3 hours
Don't let the sauce stick or burn
Toss the meat out, some people eat it but it has lost all flavor
Parmesan is salty so go easy on the salt till after the cheese is added
