If you add meat it still would have to cook for 90 minutes.
Vegetable Soup Recipe
2 Quarts or 12 Medium Tomatoes Diced ( I Use 8 Cans Of Diced Tomatoes)
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 Quarts Cubed Potatoes About 9 Medium (I Use Red Potatoes)
1 1/2 Quarts Slice Carrots(About 12 Medium)
1 Quart Lima Beans ( I Use Frozen Beans)
1 Quart Whole Kernal Corn Uncooked (I Use Frozen Corn)
2 Cups Slice Celery
2 Cups Chopped Onions
1 1/2 Quarts Of Water Or Vegetable Stock
Salt And Pepper To Taste
I Also Added One Small Bag Of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
I Added 2 Bay Leaves
Add Any Seasonings
Prepare All Ingredients And Simmer In A Stockpot For 15 Minutes
Fill Hot Jars With Soup, I Only Fill 3/4 Jar With Soup And Finished With Liquid.
Pressure Can Pints 75 Minutes At 10 lbs Pressure. Quarts 90 Minutes At 10 lbs Pressure
I Can 7 Quarts And 6 Pints From This Recipe
