Join me as I take you on a tour behind the scenes, speaking with area experts and head watchmakers to lift the veil and walk through the entire process that answers the question - what exactly happens to our beloved watches after we drop them off for service? This includes Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Cartier, Panerai, IWC, Zenith, JLC, Vacheron Constantin, Breguet, Blancpain, Hamilton, Tissot and Casio - we get to see the triage process, estimation, cleaning, overhaul service, polishing and refinishing, reassembly, timing and quality control, and of course packing and shipping back to the store for customer pick-up!
Thanks to Angela we also learn a bit more about @benbridgejeweler as a company and its roots within the Pacific Northwest, plus we speak with Miguel who is the head watchmaker and is also the Rolex aftersales service manager and learn more about the extensive schooling, training, and certification process required to become a watchmaker!
