I found this by accident and I’m happy they still do secret phases.
This took me an hour to find on purpose.
How to get this phase is by playing until you get to the second phase which you should be careful not shoot down any of the dogs but damaging them one by one until smoke comes out of all of them. Once you achieve that their the captain will swoop down and save them thus starting the secret phase.
