Ingredients
•2 large flour tortillas
• 1 corn tostada
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 2 tsp of each: Garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, pepper, salt
• 2 tbsp queso sauce
•1 tbsp sour cream
• Shredded lettuce and chopped tomato
• Shredded Mexican blend cheese
Preparation
• Season and cook your ground beef over
medium heat on a pan
• Use your corn tostada to carve out a
small flour tortilla from one of your large flour tortillas
• Add ground beef to the center of one large flour tortilla
• Top it with queso, sour cream, lettuce,
tomato, cheese and the small flour tortilla you carved out before
•Fold in the edges to close the crunchwrap
• Use a pan over medium heat to toast your crunchwrap on both sides (place the folded side down first!)
• Slice, serve and enjoy!
