Rayquan Evans hit 2 free throws to give FSU the lead after being fouled with under 1 second remaining, and the Noles pulled out the win. Evans scored 11 points, Anthony Polite added 12 points and 8 rebounds, and Matthew Cleveland led the ‘Noles with 15 points in the win. Charlie Moore continued his stellar play for Miami with a game-high 20 points and 6 assists, while Kameron McGusty scored 17 and grabbed 9 rebounds.
